Your program runs on six things that don’t talk to each other. Let’s fix that.
We build your program a custom website and the back office behind it — rosters, schedules, dues, budgets, sponsors, stats, recruiting — then we run it for you.
Free mockup of your program’s site. No obligation — you keep the design.

The middle of this market is empty.
One end sells template software to clubs. The other sells custom sites to college athletic departments. Nobody sells a program both, at a price a program can pay.

Template platforms here means SportsEngine, LeagueApps, TeamSnap and similar; pricing referenced elsewhere on this site is SportsEngine’s tiers per third-party 2026 analysis. LeagueApps and UpperHand don’t publish base pricing and charge the website as a separate add-on, so SportsEngine’s percentages shouldn’t be read as theirs. College athletics vendors means SIDEARM Sports and PrestoSports, neither of which sells below the college level. Comparison is by category, not by any single product’s current feature list.
A website is half of it. The back office is the half nobody builds you.

The front end
- Custom design that looks like your program — not a template
- Team and roster pages
- Schedules, results and stats
- Sponsor pages that prove what a sponsor bought
- Recruiting profiles for your upperclassmen

The back end
- Roster management across every team
- Dues and payment tracking — see who owes what
- Budget tracking by team and by season
- Sponsor CRM with the family-offset model built in
- Eligibility, physicals and document storage
Built for programs like yours.
Real work, live now — a club site, a college recruiting tool, and the program we run ourselves. Built for what each one actually needed.

Golden West College Baseball
A recruiting tool rather than a website. Reads 216 published four-year rosters, works out where each program runs short next season by position, and documents every assumption it makes on its own methodology page.
Internal staff tool — shown here rather than linked.
Quade Smith Performance
Private baseball training in Brandon, Mississippi. Session booking, a breakdown of what each block of training covers, the coach’s own playing record, and a review capture flow for families.

A Las Vegas tournament organisation
Event site for high school and club divisions, 14U–18U, across Southern California and Las Vegas — team registration, schedules, event updates and an FAQ, with a director’s ops console behind it.
Proposal in progress — named and linked once it’s signed and live.
KZone Baseball Club
Public site for a six-team club, 9U through 14U — tryout registration, team and roster pages, schedules and the program’s numbers in one place.
Build in progress — link goes up when the content does.
SoCal MAD Dawgs
Our own travel program, 10U through high school. Registration and dues, rosters, schedules, stats, a film room, workout booking, sponsor pages and a parent dashboard.

What you run on now, what's broken, and what the back office actually needs to do for your program.
Design & build
We build it. You review it. A club program typically goes live in three to four weeks; a full athletic department in six to eight.
We load your content
Rosters, schedules, photos, sponsors — we enter it. You don't do data entry. Then one training session, recorded.
Questions we get.
We already have a website.
Most programs we work with did. The question isn't whether you have one — it's whether it does anything. Can parents register on it? Can you pull a roster out of it? Can a sponsor see what they paid for? That's the part we build.
We’re on SportsEngine / LeagueApps / TeamSnap.
Then you already know the model. Here's the part that usually gets missed: that gets you a template. A site that actually looks like your program is a separate purchase, and public bid records put that at $13,200 and up. We're both in one product, which is where the first-year difference comes from — the full arithmetic is on our pricing page.
So will we save on transaction fees?
No — on fees alone you’ll pay us a little more, and we’d rather say that now than have you find it later. Their percentage includes the card processing; our flat fee doesn’t, because you keep your own Stripe account. A flat monthly only overtakes a percentage above roughly $371,200 in registrations, which is a bigger organization than almost anyone reading this. What you save at any size is the separate website build. And our price doesn’t move with what you collect — it steps once, if you cross from Club Platform into Pro Platform, and never again after that.
Our program is small. Is this for us?
Yes. We build for single-team clubs and for departments running every sport in the building. What changes with size is how much the back office gives you back — one roster is manageable in a spreadsheet, ten rosters and their dues are not. Tell us what you're running and we'll tell you straight what it would change for you.
A parent in our program builds websites.
Great for the site itself. The part that's hard is the back end — roster management, dues, budgets, sponsor CRM, eligibility docs — plus somebody who answers when it breaks during registration week. That's what the monthly fee buys.
Who owns the site?
You do. Your domain, your content, your data. Export it any time.
We’re a high school and everything goes through the district.
Common. Two paths: we can respond to a formal RFP, or we work with your booster club, which usually has its own funds and its own decision. The booster route typically takes weeks instead of months.
See it before you decide anything.
We’ll build you a free mockup of your program’s site. No cost, no obligation. Like it, we’ll talk. Don’t, and you keep the design.
