A website is half of it. The back office is the half nobody builds you.
We build your program a custom site and the system behind it — rosters, schedules, dues, budgets, sponsors, stats, recruiting — then we run it for you. Setup fee to build it, flat monthly to run it.
We take 0% of your registrations
At every tier. You keep your own payment processor, so your card fees are whatever Stripe charges you, same as anyone — we just don’t add a platform cut on top. You own that merchant relationship and you can leave with it.
Our fee is flat
It doesn’t go up when your program grows. Add a team, add a season, add two hundred athletes — the monthly is the monthly.
Right now you’d be buying this twice
A template platform gives you software and no site. A web shop gives you a site and no back office. Today most programs pay for both. See what that costs in year one.

The site hasn’t been touched in two years and the roster is a spreadsheet.
Dues chased over Venmo. Schedules posted to a team chat and then changed. Sponsors with nowhere to be seen. Nothing for the upperclassmen to send a college coach. The website and the way the club actually runs are two different systems, and neither one talks to the other.
We run a travel program ourselves — SoCal MAD Dawgs, 10U through high school, Southern California. It runs on the platform we sell, and you can go look at it.
What you get
- Custom site — team pages, schedules, results, galleries
- Rosters across every team, with coach accounts
- Dues and payment tracking, so you can see who owes what
- Sponsor pages that prove what a sponsor actually bought
- Recruiting profiles for your upperclassmen
- Budget tracking by team and by season
The district page is unusable and the schedule is a PDF.
Every coach does their own thing, seniors have no recruiting exposure, and the athletics page you were given can’t be updated by anyone in the building. Meanwhile district money means a purchase order and a procurement process measured in months.
Two ways in, and we’ll take either: respond to your district’s RFP, or work with the booster club, which has its own funds and its own decision-making. The booster route is usually weeks instead of months.
What you get
- One department site covering unlimited sports and teams
- Coach sub-accounts, so each program runs its own page
- Schedules and results that update without a webmaster
- Eligibility, physicals and document tracking
- Recruiting profiles for every senior class
- Parent portal and team communications
Registration, brackets and field assignments in three different places.
Team comms by group text. Vendor and sponsor management in a spreadsheet. And a site that has to actually rank, because teams find your events by searching for them — a page nobody can find costs you entries before the season starts.
Registrations land in your own Stripe account and settle to your bank. We never sit in the middle of your entry fees.
What you get
- Event registration and online payments
- Brackets, schedules and field assignments
- Multi-team communications from one place
- Vendor and sponsor management with a sponsor CRM
- Results and standings published as they happen
- Built to be found, because entries depend on it

Three to four weeks, typically.

We build you a free mockup
Your program, your colours, your teams — not a template with your logo dropped in. No cost and no obligation. Like it, we talk. Don’t, and you keep the design.

We build the site and the back office
Typically three to four weeks. We migrate what you already have — rosters, schedules, whatever’s in the spreadsheet — so you aren’t retyping a season.

We run it for you
Updates, changes and support are the flat monthly. You coach; we keep the thing working.
Whatever size you are. One team or thirty — we build the same way, and the price is the same flat structure either way. Bigger programs get more out of the back office simply because they have more to run. Call and we’ll give you a straight answer about what it would change for you. See a live club program if you want to know what the finished thing looks like first.
See it before you decide anything.
We’ll build you a free mockup of your program’s site. No cost, no obligation. Like it, we’ll talk. Don’t, and you keep the design.
